The Brunner Capital Fund has been established as a solid investment vehicle that can facilitate the acquisition and development of land by the Mike Greer Group of companies.

Investing in Brunner Capital is only available to Wholesale or eligible investors as defined in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is not available to retail investors.

It provides an 9.5% p.a. gross return on investment, with a high level of transparency and robustness around the management and distribution of the Fund. Wholesale investors receive income and capital security on their investment and have peace of mind, knowing that the advances by the Fund are secured by a second mortgage over residential property.
